It's a scam. My voicemail transcribed the following message: “i've(?) no cost to you. If you are not a senior suffering from diabetes or vaccine(?) all would like your name removed from this list press two.”
Obviously you're not missing anything by not answering the multiple calls from this number.

Just because you have diabetes don't mean that you have to believe some random nut that calls you from a madhouse(boiler room).
