Received a call from 281-404-1286 at 7:15 PM
I asked the caller for their web site information (http://sparkhomeservices.com).  
Then told her I thought I had enough information to submit a complaint to the FTC.

Caller ID said" UNBOUND 21189".....So I bound it into my Call Blocker device...(Got to  love High Technology )..."

Sick of this number calling me  UNBOUND 21189  281-404-1286

I am on Do No Call List, did not matter to this company

Called at 7 pm (arrrgh!).  I foolishly answered.  The person who eventually came on the line said something about windows.  I interrupted her and politely asked to be removed from their list, and she hung up before I could finish this statement.  As we are on the Do Not Call list, this is an illegal marketing call -- most likely simply a scam.  Please don't give them money.  I reported to the FTC complaint web site, and I hope anyone who gets called does the same.  I'm tired of the 3-4 scam calls I get daily now.
