I received a call from someone with the phone who left a message telling me that he would be at my residence today at 3pm to have me sign documentation for legal paperwork but didn't tell me what this legal paperwork was for & that I would need a witness & a photo I.D. Then he said that if I didn't meet him at 3pm, then he would take that as a direct refusal from me to sign the documentation. Then he would go to my place of employment to have me sign the paperwork. He then said that if I had any questions then I should call.

Just received a call and telling me that If I didn't call to stop the serving of the papers that they would be at my place of employment or my home.  What a laugh, I know i don;t owe anything I called the law offices of michael lupolover,P.C. New Jersey and New York. they work strictly on these harrasssing complaints of this company. I just recently filed a lawsuit cause they were calling my work and the law office works on strictly billing the business that is harrassing you. all fees are billed by this firm shall be paid from any settlement or judgement obtained on your behalf. for each violation this company does you are entitled to 1,000 dollars minus the law firm fees. its pretty cool. This is their number 201-461-0059. Amazing when I told them which company and who they were they right away told me send me all doumentation or and any recordings that you may have.  Supposedly this number that is calling all of us has a lawsuit in federal court on their scare tactics.  trying everyone its true.

That spam was almost convincing until you went into entirely too much detail. Better luck next time.

today i got a call from same number 281-377-5921 said they will be coming tomorrow  between 12- 3pm to have two forms of id and a witness for some  sealed documents. and if i  was not home it will be a no refusal to sign .  the caller claims to be a private courier named trevone.  said phone number to contact party was 866-404-5148.  i googled the number  it is nowhere to be found.
