Keeps calling not leaving a message on my work phone please take my name off list

Got the call today. I filed complaints with the (281) is located in Houston. So any out of state folks it's fraud. I filed Argos and this individual's number to the Attorney General's office in NY and TX. Federal Trade Commission. BBB. They already have a suit lost in New York to stop their harassment.

I don't know what company this person is calling from or for but I received the same call yesterday morning and today. Some idiot that sounded as if he hated his "job" telling me to be available at 3:00 PM at my place of residence with my ID to sign for some legal papers for a debt. Also if I am not home he is prepared to come to my job to submit these papers for me to sign. I do not know what "DEBT" is in regards to and he told me if I have questions to call a 855 number with a document number. Sounds like garbage to me. But it is very harassing and I want them to stop.
