REAL process servers do NOT call first. They arrive unannounced.   It is illegal to discuss matters with a third party (relatives or supervisor).   That should tell you something about the caller.  I would suggest you mention this thread to your employer.  You never know what these people will try to do.  Scroll up to Tamianth's informational post that is several messages above yours for much more information.

Got the same call everyone else got.... News Flash.... If you are getting served they don't call ahead of time... This is just some sort of call to get you to call a collection company. Nobody is coming to your house.

I got a call from Tony Miller he said it was in regard to a debt I owed. The company he referred me to did not know who he was but they said I owed a debt that I knew nothing about.
