Two calls to inform me that Advance America had a felony warrent for my arrest a check that was written 2008 that has reached the statue of limitations in the state of Kansas.  Was transferred to a Scott representing himself as a police officer.  They had the last four numbers of my SS and were threaten to come to my work place.  Hung up and refused any info was informed that due to the call Advance America will continue collection proceedings.  I will file an harassment law suit if they call again.

Got a call from these people about a check and go told me the exact same thing they told Neola. They never stated that they were collections just that they were representing a firm that was going to file charges on me for check fraud. I never wrote a check tho who writes checks?

I got a call about the same thing, but I remember doing some of the allegation's that they said were filed against me, I called the local DA talked to an Attorney , the man I talked to Bruce faxed over representation  to my attorney and we are handling this outside of court.
