I got a call from this number as well (Officer Shawn Martin), had either a Hispanic or Indian accent, not sure which, was not typical Hispanic or typical India,  I understand that legal notices have to be served in writing, I will just ignore this call, let them send me a notice first (which I doubt because that would become mail fraud)

Some one called me this morning and threatened me with arrest. They said that they are calling from Federal Crimes Investigation Department. They have thick accent, definitely not Indian. I've reported them to ICC and FCC.

Got a harassing call threatening to arrest me.  The number was 281-306-6049.  Indian accent, lots of noise in the background.  Said I hadn't paid taxes and gave an old address.  All BS. He said if I hung up I'd have a cop at my door to arrest me in 30 minutes.  I wish I could send a cop to his door to arrest him.
