They called and asked for the business owner. I said I would take a meesage they said they couldnt leave one. After that the guy started to tell me about a new law in congress and they were just checking to see... I inturupted him and said "is this a sales call" He said "I am not going to lie..." I inturrupted and said , we are not interested and hung up. He called back and said "are you related to the owner? I said it was none of his business and we were not interested and hung up. He called back a third time. He started yelling over me . "i just want to make sure I am not talking to some disgruntled receptionist" I said "You call back 3 times, are you kidding me". I hung up again. that was it. It was listed as Redstone Payment.

What a joke

Tony Paris called our office yesterday asking to speak to whoever handles our Merchant Accounts. I told him the doctor handles that kind of stuff but that he was with a patient and asked if I could take a message. He rudely said, "Well, there's really no message at this point." He then asked if there was a better time he could call. I told him to try back today around 1. **Meanwhile I googled the number and found all the other posts here**....He called today at 4pm asking for the Dr. by name this time. I asked who he was and what the call was about. He repeated his name and said he was calling about the doctor's merchant accounts. I put him on hold while I told the doctor about all the complaints I found yesterday on this site. The doctor asked me to tell him that he is not interested. I did and his reply was "I'm calling about an actual account, what is he not interested in?" I asked him with what company, and he said Redstone. I relayed this to the doctor, so this time he picked up the phone. As soon as he said hello, he expectedly received a pitch "You could be eligible for one of our merchant accounts!" The doctor then told him off for being sneaky and blatantly lying to me to get past me to the doctor....these people are ridiculous....and RUDE!

Rude! Their number just went on my personal do-not-pick-up-the-phone list.

They didn't give me much information didn't find out about merchant account tell I called back then they asked my address and name of my company which I shouldn't have . They said they were red stone payment solutions

Tony Paris of Redtsone called the office today and a few other times in the past. Asked for the owner by name and stated this call was for a delinquent personal account. When I explained I was not putting him in contact w/ the owner because I just Googled who he was and what he does-"Sales" for merchant  accounts. He stated he would keep calling and would get thru to him sometime and hung up. This guy is very rude and very unprofessional.
