Just got a call on my cell phone. Someone speaking in Spanish. I could not understand anything. I think it was a recording.

I got this call from this same number and it was all in spanish and obviously a recording almost sounded like a collect call

I got the same Spanish/Mexican advertising message from this number. It was identifed as from Texas. I am supposed to be on the cellphone no-call list. Is there anything that can be done about this?

I got a call this evening from 281-520-3761. The voice - speaking English - said I hadn't responded to their previous notification, and this was my second notice regarding warranty information (about my vehicle?).

I had signed up for a national no-call list for my cell, so to get this cellular 'spam' was unexpected.

The reverse look-up showed this call originated from Houston, TX.
