Have received 4 calls from this number in the last 10 days. Caller ID shows "Private" name. They never leave a message. I do not know or do business with anyone in Deer Park. I do not answer calls marked "unavailable or private".

Have received 2 more calls from this number. The last one I answered. I said hello 2 times...got no reply and then a hang up.

If this is really time warner, why the hello don't the answer when you pick up the phone.
OK. Now I report these calls to my US Congressmen.
Asking them to pass a bill to fine the Telephone Companies that are allowing this type of junk calls!
That is the only way they can stop these type of calls I believe. If the phone company AT&T for example starts
getting billed for these type of junk calls then they will start pulling the phones and not let these type people
get another phone in their name. I truly believe this is the only way we will get it stopped.
