phone number 281-201-3922 calls frequently and does not leave a message. It it annoying

Hi - did you ever find out who called you from 281-201-3922?  I got a call from them while I was out.  I called back - He said, Jenny, this is Charlie Wright and he hung up. I called him back and he didn't answer so I left a message that I am on the Do Not Call list and I would be reporting him.

Got a  call tonight - 10/22/2013 from 281-201-3922.  He said his name, Charlie Wright and my name, Jenny ..... and then hung up.  I called him back - almost immediately to ask why he called me and told his answering machine  that I am on the no call list and that I would be reporting him tomorrow.  Haven't heard any more from him - this is 9:54 p m - about 30 minutes after the above conversation.

Got call at 7:02 pm from this number. The name reads as "unknown name".  I always let unknown names go to voicemail to screen them. They never leave a message from this number.  Very annoying.

I got a call at 10:25am and the person calling did not leave a message so I called this number back they the person who answered was a woman named " Terri" and she told me that her company was soliciting funds for childrens cancer drive in my area.
