This Ms. Carson lady called my job back to back, and then wanted to speak with my supervisor.  WTH kind of [***] is this?  She said she needed to get my statement before she filed my court papers.  I didn't give her any of my info!  I told her to go ahead and file her paperwork and she just hung up.  It is just a scam to get your bank account info so they can drain your account.  Dead beats!!  They call from 281-201-0413 and 877-421-8391.

Woman called...I advised her not to call this number again....she called 6 times in matter of 5 minutes, disrupting my department....she (woman by name of miss carson) was yelling at me and my coworker,saying she wanted to speak with our hr dept so they can 'serve me an order'....My coworker got on the phone and said she was in Violation of The FDCPA....ms. carsoncalled right back...my supervisor spoke with her, got the information that might have been relevant....and will be forwarding this over to my company's associate relations dept. My supervisor told me that 'Ms Carson' wanted me to send a processing fee tomorrow. I've heard about this company using threatening tactics to get money...it is a scam but it still has me worried.

I got a call from this number, STP Group, 'Mrs Hampton' on 6/9/14.  Very smooth 'offering to let me respond to allegations' I had taken out a loan online from Cashnet USA on Sept 21.2013--amount of $575 that had increased to $872.56 with interest (wow! that's a high interest rate!).  In re-listening to the portion of the message she left before I picked up the phone, she was obviously following a well rehearsed script trying to sound 'legal'.  She told me I needed to repay it.  I have NEVER  had such a loan and I told her so.  I played along and asked as many questions as I could. She said they had 'subpoened records and were going to file a lawsuit'.  My ex husband was an attorney--you have to file a lawsuit BEFORE you can subpoena anything.  She kept threatening my credit would be effected if I didn't pay.  Bottom line is she repeated my ENTIRE social security # corrrectly,  had correct home address, bank  and birthdate.  The driver's license #, bank account #  the loan was supposedly deposited in and email address were incorrect.  It's very scary that these scammers have so much correct personal information!
Phone call ended with her telling me to hire an attorney---I told her go ahead and sue me, I'd fight them all the way.  I called my local sheriff's dept and filed a full report in case they do anything that effects my credit report.

I keep receiving phone calls from a Mrs. Hampton. Stating that I will be sued for a cash net usa account that I had and have not paid. She had all my personal information correct except for my bank account.  She keeps calling my job. She doesn't have my personal phone number for some reason which is good but bad that she keeps calling my job.  I looked up the number and have concluded that it is a scam. Thanks for helping! :) I will not fall for this B/S scam. I've already filed a police report.

Wow thanks I got the call today. N don't have the best tract record when it comes to bills I got scared it was legit. Thanks for posting this
