I have been receiving calls to my cell phone from a number 28-1161.  I have not answered it because I have no idea who or what it is!  It has started showing up on the phone where I work but one cannot call it back as it is not a real phone number.  I don't know if it is collections or a political call (tis the season!)  Has anyone else received a call from this number?
