Asked to speak to Winnie, will request you go to your computer to enter a command prompt so he can 'check your software.' States that he worked on your computer "last time" and is getting something on his end that the computer is failing now and needs to be fixed remotely by him. Apologies follow once you decline but they'll call back. Foreign accent each time.
