Got a call from this number. No voice message left.

Recvd call from this number at 8pm 8/3/2016.  I have no idea who this is.  They must have thought I'd answered the phone b/c my answering kicked on and they started to say Hello, and ask for me by NAME!!  Then my away message started and they didn't leave a message.  They must be on an auto-dialer, so it is probably some unwanted call, but I'm disturbed that they know my first name.

Got a call from this number at 9PM and they called me by my first name.  When I asked who it was they hung up.

Received a call about 1:00 pm today. Asked for "Linda." I replied that she had passed a couple of days ago. Terrible I know, but I couldn't resist. I'm getting a lot of calls these days from my area code.

This number called and it was a man requesting someone I didn't know. When I told him he had the wrong number, he said I could help. He explained that he was collecting money for police who had died during duty. Once off of the phone,  I did a Google search. No police departments are soliciting monetary donations over the phone.
