I received a call from these.  Comes up as Leitchfield Ky.  After hearing it a second time, I think it's a very well made recording that uses voice recognition.  It doesn't sound like it at first, but something was a little off about it this time.  It was in the timing of the response to my answers which were all "no."  Anyway, it was asking for support in donations to the Fraternal Order of Police.
