I have been receiving these calls for a few days. Caller I'd says LV Water Delivery. Answered last night and connection was bad. Got same story about Vista Services - wanted to send me gas rebates. I hung up; they called back twice today. Answered once and told them it was a wrong number. Will have to check my credit card statements!

Yea, who the hell are they?

I spoke to Cheryl Terrell who says she is from Vista Services. She was calling because I bought something with my Visa card and I was eligible for gas cards and other stuff. I asked for a supervisorand she got real snide with me. She put Lyle Goldman on the phone and he was just as nasty as her. I asked where they were and he said in the Tampa Bay area but he could not tell me due to the type of work they do. I already knew they were SCAMMERS from the beginning. He asked why I wanted the info and I told him I was going to report them. He said there is nothing to report that Iasked for the calls when I ordered whatever I ordered and agreed to recieve aditional items. NO I DID NOT!!! I thanked him and hung up. I will be reporting this to Consumer Servies....and you should too!

Bravo...... same here two missed calls... called them back about who and what they wanted... just hung up when they started spewing stuff... will report to BBB.... i do realize that cell phones just came available to telemarketers but am disgusted they would invade my privacy!!!! And I did call the # for the DNC list... obviously there is a huge disconnect......
