Then a person comes on & asks "do you have more than XXXX amount in credit card debt? " If you like me stupidly say "Yes", the line goes dead immediately. When you try to dial the # it comes up as disconnected. I think they are recording the "Yes" to use in a scam to bill people for things they didn't order.
