According to white pages, spam to "lower your credit card rate"

Pre-recorded message from 'your credit card company' saying this your final notice as they have tried to contact you several times in regards to lowering your interest rate.  Scam and fake. Your credit card company would just send you a notification your interest rate had been reduced due to your good payment history, not call you with robocalls.

I got a call from this number this morning.  I asked what was the name on the credit card and the guy with an Indian accent said it was [***].  I told him it was a scam and hung up.
