Got a call from the same #, and they said there was a returned check in my name, and they were going to press charges. They called my cell phone and my kids cell phones. Total scam!!

Stated that he had a summons for me to appear in court if I didn't pay this loan.   Refused to take my attorney info.   Yet another attempt to scam.
