These are the Credit Card scammers from Bangalor, and they are a LOT of fun!. I had them on for 16 minutes - had to go find my card, then read the numbers (of the random, bogus card numbers I keep by the phone for when they call) very slowly, then had to go find a second card when the first came back invalid. Repeat as LOOOOONG as possible. When they finally catch on, get ready for some profanity - I usually come back with something about the goat they slept with last night... GREAT FUN, and it not only temporarily keeps them away from some other poor sucker, but if enough folks start playing them, they will eventually find their day filled with lots of wasted hours and might just go away.
