Scam.  "Hi, this is Lisa, and you recently visited one of our affiliate websites.   In appreciation..."  No.  No I did not.  I don't give out my number online *at all*.

Scam, report to police

Got a call saying I bought something from one of there affiliate websites but did not tell me which one, asked for my mailing address and email, Then wanted me to pay $6.95 via Visa or Mastercard to cover shipping and handling to deliver a $100 Walmart gift card/rebate card and a $25 American express gift card. Seems to good to be true. Wouldn't give my CC # over the phone with out getting sent something via email to look at first.
