I received a call from the same cell# except the last two digits were "68". Then today just a little over an hour ago received a call from the 71#. The cell# that these "phone numbers" called, is an emergency# that only my immediate family members, and of course my service provider. Not even my closest friends have it.. Out of the two, I do not trust the latter. I know it's not debt collectors due to having no debts owed of any kind. So this leaves me to believe that, the two very similar#'s either randomly called my cell twice, or my service provider is sharing customers cell#'s to unsavery mystery numbers. Which we all know most providers do.
