This number has been calling me since July.... looks like a cell number but when you call back you get a messsage, hear some typing and then hang up. So annoying block this number!!!!

This number called  me, it was a recorded message telling me to hold while they get the next representative on the line, then it told me it could not find my record and to call 800-989-2807. When I call that number it either hangs up on me or someone picks up and doesn't say anything. Sometimes I can hear breathing or music in the backround. it's beyond annoying. if you look up the 800 number you will find more complaints
