Keeps calling to meet with the "owner" to set up a meeting at my office tomorrow.  

What do you want to meet about?...He/she wants to introduce themselves...no reason given.  

Sounds like a scam or a survey of properties for later action.

This person calls my office atleast three times a week and asks for one certain guy who works here. He hangs up and never leaves a message and I asked once if he wanted to leave a message and he refused. He is creeping me out cause he sounds like a stalker.

we get a call with one ring and a hangup...weird dude

This dude is so annoying. He calls all the time saying he needs to speak with the owner of our company. I always tell him he is never in our office and to not call back if he can't leave a callback number. He then tells me he will call him on his cell. There is no way he could have his cell. Very annoying.

Called the number back after repeated calls.  They state they are calling from Lydia Martin's office.  Basically, company is a business development firm cold-calling.
