i couldnt call the number back

called me on my cell phone; no one I know.  No message left.  Cannot return the call.

I answered today and they knew my name (which is weird because I don't give my number out) and when I said to stop calling they hung up but I received another call later this afternoon

I reported this number to the Federal Trade Commission online AND with the FCC (Federal Communications Commission) - this can be done online.  Do us all a favor and if you are getting calls from this number (in my case daily on my cell - no one talks and you cannot call back - you just get a recording "sorry your request cannot be processed at this time, please try again later") and report these a**holes.  Otherwise they will continue to harrass people.
