Yes.It is from Breast Cancer Prevention Fund campaign. When you call the # back, a recording comes on stating who they are and that either you called back after office hours or that all agents are busy. You can also select 1 if you are a woman in need of a breast exam ,2 if you are a medical provider, or 3 if you wish to donate.
