Caller ID shows "BCSF".  Never leaves a message.  Just another low-life, scum-sucking, bottom-feeding telemarketer.

I suspect this BCSF caller ID [***] has something to do with John Wakefield Cummings (aka Chicken Hawk John), a notorious California child molester, world class snitch, and a piece of [***] (check Meagan's Law).  His last phone number 559 299-9988 was from Clovis, CA.  His address is still 1724 Minnewawa, space 16, a mobile home park in Clovis.

No, I can't prove it but [***] like doing mysterious 'hang-up phone calls' is well with in the scope of his mentality. Oh, I almost forgot, this creep is also "inbred."

BCSF stands for the Breast Cancer Survivor's Foundation and they are asking for a donation.  Looking them up online, they did not respond to requests from the BBB for their financial info, always a red flag for me.  Beware!
