Rcvd call from this # at 10:30p.m.  asked if it was the residence of my son (who is away at college). they gave me his name and they were right.  when i said yes, they hung up.  what does this mean?

Called around 5:15 PM (CST) Could not understand one word she said. I'm on the "Do Not Call List". Please do what you can to stop telemarking calls.
