Call comes in and no one says anything, when calling back it takes you to a voicemail and it says leave your name and number but the mailbox is always full

I finally got someone & they said they are from an incident reporting agency.  I told them I am tired of the hang up calls and she apologized & said there was a problem with the system and the hang up calls were not intended.  I don't believe her.

Have been receiving calls from this number. When we answer they hang up and if you call back you get an answering machine asking you to leave your name and number. If you hang up without leaving your info they will call you right back. When you answer, they finally tell you they are a physician referral service for an accident or accident investigation unit.
I keep telling these idiots to stop calling my house. I had to have the number blocked in order to stop the twenty some calls per day.
