A female voice called from "Winners International Lottery Commission" to say I was this month's winner of a certified cheque for $5.5 million. The message ended before a phone number was given. A little later, another call from "Global International Lottery Commission" said I was one of their selected winners of $2.5 million and to call the claiming department at 262-208-4091.
