called when i answered they hung up

Called and hung up when I answered

Keeps calling my home number.  Since I don't reconginse the number on my caller ID, i let the machine pick it up.  They never leave a message.  When I tried calling back a couple minutes later, I got a recording that said that the number was temporairly out of service.
