allowed answering machine to fully run w/out leaving a message

2604247270 likes to call and hang up.  Try to return call and they hang up.  

Called first time and hung up.  Called right back again and knew my name.  Wanted to know if I wanted an estimate on roofing or windows.  This was at 8:30 p.m. on a Saturday evening.  Said they were from a construction company.  

this number called my house three consecutive times.....while I was on another call and could not pick up. No vm, just repeated calling. 5:30 on a Friday night.
Tried calling the number back....rings and get an "mailbox full" message.

Rang ... answered ... no response ... hung up ... rang again ... answered ... waited ... finally a man asked for me, stated he was in the neighborhood and scheduling appts. for replacing windows, siding, home improvements ... said everything was new ... he said then I wouldn't need his service.  Not happy that he addressed me by my first name.
