this is a debit collector on behalf of Verizon.  No message was left but I called the number back.  The lady had a sweet yet very sarcastic demenior.  The year the supposed debt started i wasn't wven of legal age to open a contract.  She then said I could send a copy of my id to an address she provided, but also stated she was going to mark it as a refusal to pay.  She kept asking me for my birthdate & my current age vs my age then & just laughed.  I told her she had no business acting rude & cocky, she then proceeded to say that "I said it."  I'm glad she found my birthday amusing.
Also she didn't even introduce herself or the company when I called back & asked for my ssn first which I foolishly gave her.  Now i'm not even sure I want to send a copy of my id to this company.
