Since it's from my area code, I made the mistake of answering.  Recorded message, with pauses for answers.  Some supposed survey company, I won free all-expense paid tickets if I just answer three questions regarding green energy.  I answered them, then they asked for authorization for the cruise company to call me back at my number (repeated).  When I said NO, the recorded voice apologized for taking up my time.
