A company that helps with job placement is what you get when you call the number back

I keep getting calls from this number an they leave no messages.

Looks like I got one yesterday, June 26th. Out of nowhere, for no reason.

I didn't answer of course.

Only time I've recieved a call from this number.  A man gave him name, but no company & said he was calling because of a recent survey I took.  He said I indicated on the survey I was interested in being called for job opportunities (nope!).  I asked which survey, to which he replied he did not know the exact date, but I had taken a survey for a Walmart giftcard & indicated I said I wanted to be contacted for job opportunities.  I replied that I don't know when that was, but I'm in school & am not looking for jobs at the moment.  The call went silent & I said hello twice before just hanging up.  His answers were very delayed.
