The only persons who should be touching your computer is you, your manufacturer, Real Windows support that you have called and/or maybe a real live tech you see face to face!

Hang up. We get this caller frequently. They convince their prey they are fixing your computer. The victim unknowingly gives computer information that enables the caller to tap into their computer and steal personal information. Each time, I tell the caller that I don't own a computer. Then they hang up. But I still get the calls.

How do you stop this! 3 calls in one night

Consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.

Called me saying they was windows tech support and i had errors on my computer. Called me lastnight too. Its a scam!! Dont know how to get them to stop calling!!
