Real estate scam. Trying to lease someone else's home.

I emailed a person about a rental home in Ventura. He than emailed me back saying that he and his family now live in Goergia but own the home in Ventura and they want a nice family to rent their home. This is the number he gave to me to correspond with. It feels like a scam to me.

Another real estate fraud in Milwaukee. Gave this phone number and used radams587@yahoo.com for email.

This is the contact phone number of someone who called themselves Dave in a Zillow ad for a rental property in Redmond, WA.  The property was underpriced.  The response email claimed they were out of the state and needed someone neat and clean to lease their home.  Of course they said to not view the inside of the home until the documents were signed!  Scammers.

Yes, this a SCAM. I had a real estate agent report them to the police. She kept receiving calls about the false info he placed on Hotpads and Zillow about one of her listings. This is also an email this scammer was using: adamslarry726@yahoo.com

I had two tenants who were ready to make 3 months Upfront Payment, But i rejected the offers, because  they party alot and smoke in doors ,that was the info i got from their current landlord. So please promise me you are going to take good care of my house. Kindly get back to me today so  I will give you instructions on how to make the payment.
