they said they are from the irs.  and i owe money they wanted personal info from me but did not give it to them

"Federal Tax whatever", obvious scamers, block and report these people to your attorney generals office.

Asked them to stop pestering me, called 5 times just today.

They called again saying that they were : "National Financial"

They don't even know the name of their own company ?

FRAUDSTERS, Beware.

If you've given these people any info, you better get some professional identity theft help.
