Answered the call, girl states wrong number then hangs up. Seconds later, same thing happens on my home phone.  Very strange they would call BOTH my home and cell number within seconds.

Date of calls 08/14/2010 at 11:00AM

Unfortunately the Do Not Call registry does NOT recognize the 256-000-0000 as a VALID number and will not register the complaint :(

got a call from this number 8/25/10 @534pm.  Same as other callers.  Sounded like a girl, maybe teens or twenties and she just said "Sorry, I have the wrong number" and hung up.   I was surprised to see activity like this on the internet....  seems suspicious to me, indeed

It sounds like they've switched numbers.  I've been called twice now by +2562069489.  Each time a young man, says "Sorry. I got the wrong number."

got the same call, all I said was "hello?" and she said she had the wrong number. Sounded like a girl in her young 20's. My guess is that they're calling random numbers to see if the number is active. Hopefully they're not selling this list to "survey" companies....
