I too am in MI. Tri cities area mid michigan. I at 5:56 pm received a phone call from 256-000-0000, I was at work at the time of the call and could not answer it. I called it back about 6:00 and it said "the number or code you have dialed is incorrect, please hang up and try your call again later."  Then at 6:12 pm I get another call from a restricted number, oddly enough, this is the first time with my new phone that I have gotten a call of a restricted nature. Odd, anyone have any insight? any ideas???? I'm clueless.

Just got the call here in Michigan on my cell. I didn't pick up because I don't pick up if I don't know the number and with 256-000-0000 on the caller id I'm sure not picking it up. What could this possibly be doing for them?
