Today I received a call from 256-000-0000.
A woman apologised and hanged up while I was trying to talk to her.

I'm from Michigan also. Answered the call and said nothing for several seconds. Finally said "Hello" and a young woman's voice said "Sorry, wrong number" and hung up.
