Yep.. but whoever it was disconnected when I said 'hello'.  I've gotten several calls from various numbers which CID identified as Killeen ...all of which I now have blocked.  There have been enough calls from that area to make me suspect this has gone way beyond coincidence and is either being conducted by a scammer or someone practicing to become one.
