Called left no message. Called it back and number not n service.  wtf

Calling to speak to the owner of the business, refuses to leave a message.  The owner does not come to the phone unless I can prove it is a legitimate call.  Doesn't matter how many times they call.

This number calls around the same time everyday. When I answer the call, the other end is silent. When I try to call the number back, an automated message states that my "call could not be completed as dialed".

Called again today.  This guy just doesn't get it.
