My caller ID said "AC TEL SRVC" but I have their number blocked so I don't know what they want. They have called twice today.

This number calls and no one leaves a msg. When I return the call, it sounds a busy signal. Must be a bill collector.

SOmeone keeps calling from this # 253 927-0535 but they don't leave a message! It's annoying? Do they just want to hear the voice on the answering machine or what?
