This isn't just their billing reminder. It is also used by their retention department. I finally got frustrated and asked them why they were calling me all the time, and found out it was their retention department trying to get my business back.

I just got a call from this number again.. it's obviously some sort of sales "technique" by the expensive and gouging comcast company.. am getting  a bit tired of the high charges, so am looking for alternative connect companies..

It's Comcast calling to notify you haven't paid your bill in 2 months. I guess you should get a job and pay it? About the only reason you should be getting this call.
