Called at 10 AM  I answered because it was a local number.  No one on the line for about 6 seconds then a click and a voice "this is xxx with American Veterans Association". I hung up.  Caller ID shows UNASSIGNED and the number.  I am sure that this is a boiler room operation trying to get donations where the charity only gets about 5% os what is collected.
