Capstone Mortgage Quotes is a spam caller who calls people's cell phone numbers from 253-666-6053 and then hangs up.  Post a complaint on the Washington state Attorney General's website for consumer protection violations.

This is at least the second time this number has called and hung up, right during my children's nap time!

This # calls me regularly and will not leave a message.  I do not answer calls from anyone who is not in my address book.  Evidently this is the # for Capstone Mortgage.  I am now blocking this # on my phone.  I recommend you do the same.

Called early in AM today 7/9/15.  I didn't answer.  Left no message.  I'm going to block it.

They called at least 6 more times, according to my comcast account, but fortunately, I had blocked them, so I don't even get the calls or hear the phone.  Yay!!  I'm so glad to block these stupid calls.
