Capstone Mortgage Quotes is a spam caller who calls people's cell phone numbers from 253-666-6053 and then hangs up. Post a complaint on the Washington state Attorney General's website for consumer protection violations.

This # calls me regularly and will not leave a message. I do not answer calls from anyone who is not in my address book. Evidently this is the # for Capstone Mortgage. I am now blocking this # on my phone. I recommend you do the same.

They called at least 6 more times, according to my comcast account, but fortunately, I had blocked them, so I don't even get the calls or hear the phone. Yay!! I'm so glad to block these stupid calls.
