May be related to 800-866-4598...

Called at 6:02pm and when I answered the call it immediately started a recording for me to "please hold". They called me and that means it's a robo-call.

I have recently got many calls from an 800 "Service" that did the same thing. Those calls I hung up on and then blocked the number. This was the first call from "Tacoma".

A woman came on the line and gave her name and said she was with "ERC". I said I didn't know what that was and all she would do is repeat EXACTLY the same words - NEVER explained anything about who she was and what they did. Finally found out she was with a debt collection company. Looking for someone not living here...

Now doing a Google search I find they are Enhanced Recovery Company in Jacksonville FL. They do not have a very good rep either.
This is probably also related to 800-496-4598 here in 800notes. Now that I have this info it directly ties the 800-866-4598 number in too.

I have blocked 2 numbers now from them. If they call back under another number I'll block that also, but formally file complaints too.
