Called back and got the message, "You have reached a number that has been disconnected..."

Persistently calling me. When I asked he asked for me by name and then hung up. Returning the call gets a busy signal. Invasion of privacy . I guess they are compiling lists of numbers and confirming names.

They have called several times. And when I ask how he knew my computer has issues he will quit talking or come up with another way to keep you on the phone. He (or one like him) left a message once a few years ago,  but not since. This time the caller ID showed a name. watch out for MacLellan, P. I am aware that this is probably stolen number or one they can use somehow and then move on to another number. Also, unable to return the calls.
